Manufacturing Process

Porcelain enameled steel panels are manufactured using a sol-gel coating process. Water-dispersed nano-oxide materials, primarily silica and alumina, are used as coating precursors. Following surface preparation and coating application, the panels undergo controlled low-temperature curing to form a durable, ceramic-like protective film.
